The course is intended for welding operators, welding supervisors, QA/QC staff and inspectors who want to gain more insight into the visual inspection of welded work.

 

Price

The fee for the entire course in practical training in visual welding inspection VT level 2 (theorie, practice, syllabi):

 

BWI member: € 1.650
BWI non-member: € 1.750

VT recap day (useful for retaking examination, extending or renewing an existing certificate)

BWI member: € 360
BWI non-member: € 400

Contribution toward training costs

This training course is eligible for hte SME Portfolio and Flemish Training Leave (ODB-1003998)

Certificate

After completing the course, participants can take a theoretical and practical examination administered by the NIL examination organisation.

Registration and payment for the examinations are the responsibility of the student.

After passing the examination and providing proof of at least 60 days of industrial work experience in the visual assessment of welding work, you will receive the Visual Welding Inspector VT(w) Level 2 certificate.

For information about examinations at NIL: timing and cost will be confirmed on the first day of the course.
