Seminar: “High productivity welding processes for thick section steels”

Mercredi, 23 Octobre 2019
OCAS, Zwijnaarde

Registration before October 18th was required.

OCAS and the Belgian Welding Institute are pleased to announce the seminar on “High productivity welding processes for thick section steels”.

This international seminar highlights some welding options available for increasing productivity when welding thick section steels. These include both traditional and more modern arc welding techniques, as well as other options, such as beam and friction welding. Aim of the seminar is to provide a non-commercial introduction to some of these lesser used techniques, with a focus on (near) industry-readiness. In addition to the lectures from international speakers, there is a short tour of the welding facilities and a visit to the large-scale testing laboratory. The target audience includes welding engineers and co-ordinators, production and operations managers and R&D personnel.

We welcome you on Wednesday October 23rd from 09:30 to 16:30, including lunch and coffee break in Zwijnaarde (Belgium).
